As they say in Star Trek, “Beam me up Scotty!” I am ready for this journey

With the turn of the calendar year and the holidays behind us, 2017 couldn’t kick start any better for Insomniac. So-Cal is spoiled when it comes to trance shows and truthfully we are. There are some great shows out here from the main Thanksgiving weekend Dreamstate, to artists doing club gigs and raves, but more recently Dreamstate will be hosting an all psytrance single stage event, Jan 14^th, 2017 at the Belasco Theater.

Due to some visa issues, Liquid Soul did not play at the past Dreamstate 2016 but when it was announced he would be headlining this event, along with Avalon, Triceradrops, Freedom Fighters, Animato, Barakuda and Coming Soon!!!, our family – Plurrfect Rave Fam & Trance Family LA – jumped on the opportunity to spend yet another night together to show our love and support for Dreamstate which is quickly becoming one of the biggest trance destination in the world and this show is just the tip of the iceberg.

The Belasco Theater in the heart of Downtown LA opened up in 1926 and was designed to host plays in Los Angeles. It has since been transformed into a concert hall hosting multiple events throughout the year. The old theater brings an awning of architectural design and when adding Insomniac’s production, it will transport you to a place of ‘PSY Bliss’. With vivid memories from November, I am anxiously awaiting for the dark, hard-hitting beats to consume me once again.
