NorCal – Big Feasting at Give Thanks
Three nights to get that turkey and stuffing off your love handles

When you hear the word Thanksgiving, what do you think about? I know for a fact that most of you would be thankful for the people around you as well as having Give Thanks 2017 for the first time as a 3-day event in downtown San Jose, California.
With a stack line up for all 3 days, day-1 was highly focused for an older crowd as Tchami and Malaa threw some future/ghetto house beats opening up with Sam Feldt and Parker. Tchami and Malaa took control of the audience quite well and funk it up to their rhythms with chapel visuals on full display.
The second day was a hectic night for everyone on the Midnite Events team as the crowd bombarded us with a full stomach of turkey just ready to burn it off into a raging time. Elephante opened up Give Thanks with a banger, followed by Mija, 3LAU and Herobust. All of these acts were amazing, but the one that caught my eye the most was 3LAU playing all the old EDM hits back in 2012 such as City of Dreams by Alesso & Dirty South. I remember just singing my heart out to this song.
Finally, the last day drained almost everyone. The lines were long and everyone tried to rush the event without paying their tickets, but luckily almost all of them that tried got caught immediately and were kicked out of the event. And I must say, the crowd had a good reason to rush due to the fact that the lineup for the last day consisted of ARMNHMR, JOYRYDE, Slander and closing out with Cash Cash who played their well-known song Take Me Home and immediately had the crowd singing nonstop till the end.
Although Give Thanks may seem to be a generic 3-day event for several people, this was a land for EDM heads who had been following the scene since the first day it broke out and for $60, this price for such an event was well-worth the price!
