This website is operated by JustEDMs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JustEDMs. JustEDMs offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

All sales are final, no refund.

Unfortunately, every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace your item if the sale date was within the last 7 days.

Return Policy

If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction and the satisfaction of your customers is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace any items that we missed the mark on.

  • For misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Claim submission must be email to more.info@justedms.com. 

Claim email submission must contain the following,

  1. In the subject line type “Claim for order #PFxxxxxxxxx”. Please make sure to put your order number. “xxxxxxxxx” denotes your nine digits order number.
  2. In the body of the email, please describe your problem in as much detail as possible.
  3. Upload/attach any relevant photos to illustrate the problem as well.
  4. A claim number will be provided upon submission of report.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Customer Responsibility

JustEDMs will NOT be responsible nor accept returns for exchange on the following,

  • Ordered Wrong Size/Color – It is the customer’s responsibility to order the proper size/color apparel, clothing, garments, dress, attire, wear, garb, wardrobe (and not exclusive to) based on the products information. It is the customer’s responsibility to do its due diligent and verify any product’s size/color information with the product’s website. JustEDMs will not be responsible for any misrepresentation of the product’s information on our website as the information is directly cited from www.printful.com, our drop-shipping company.
  • Incorrectly Provided Address – It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the proper shipping address. JustEDMs is not responsible for packages not delivered to the customer due to the wrong shipping information. Packages returned to the facility if deemed insufficient by the courier can be shipped again at the cost of the re-shipment plus $5.50 once a confirmed address has been updated.

NO Cancellation Policy

PLEASE carefully verify the merchandise(s) in your cart before checking out and processing the payment. Once a transaction goes through, the order(s) will be processed. Cancellation nor refund will not be permissible. Only return for exchange will be permissible under our Exchange Policy (please read).
